She literally does it all — navigates the needs and emotions you have as a client from identifying the right property (even if it is not on the market) to negotiating the smartest win-win deal to bringing in the absolute best vendors to help the house you are buying become your dream home. If you are selling, watch out because when she is done, your house will look so on point, you may want to stay. She will get you an amazing offer if you listen and follow her advice. Period. I cannot say enough complimentary things about Carrie Anne. If you are lucky enough to work with her, you will know exactly what I mean.
